We recognize that sometimes our customers might need assistance with the installation of their decals. We are pleased to offer support for the installation.

Before proceeding with the installation, there are a few requirements to consider:

1. Make sure the area where the decal will be applied is clean, meaning any dirt should be removed.

2. We advise against using standard car wash soap, as it leaves a residue that can hinder the vinyl's ability to stick effectively, which may lead to the decal peeling away.

3. Monitor the weather conditions on the day of installation.

   • If the temperature is below 60 degrees or above 80 degrees during your scheduled appointment, we will reschedule your installation at no extra charge. We acknowledge that Oklahoma weather can often be unpredictable, and we do not hold our customers responsible for that.

Following the installation, it's crucial to follow these steps to maximize the lifespan of your decal:

1. Avoid cleaning, washing, or wiping the decal when the temperature exceeds 80 degrees outside.

2. When cleaning or drying the decal, it is advisable to gently pat the area surrounding the decal rather than wipe directly over it. Scrubbing or applying force while wiping can cause the vinyl to shift or may leave some cleaning cloth material stuck to the decal.
